Why ITRD International?

Information Technology and Resource Development International was birthed out of the vision that human resource development is the key to improving organizational development and nation building capacity. With a focus on resource development both in the US and third world nations, ITRD International seeks to incorporate basic holistic tools of sustained development and information technology to manage, develop and enhance personal growth, organizational development and sustained productivity to profit and non-profit groups.

Our premise is based on the notion that in order to “change one’s personal, national or organizational status” there must necessarily be a “change in the thinking and processing pattern of the mind.” For our global network outreach programs we focus on the development of the three important S’s: Self-Concept, Self-Worth and Self-Value to sustain national growth and develop human resource and potential.

Information Technology a key resource in the transformation of organizational capacity and personal growth is also a key component of this vision.  We believe the effective utilization, development, and strategic management of this tool is extremely vital for sustained development.

We have gained invaluable experience working for a variety of organizations (both profit and non-profit) in the US and abroad that would definitely benefit you.  These organizations include a multinational corporation,  a publishing small business company,  a law firm,  a two -year public  community college, a four year university,  a manufacturing company, relief and rehabilitation NGOs,  and a prospecting mining company.    We offer you a combined experience of over 20 years of full-time work experience, full-time formal education in 3 different continents and have traveled widely.  We hold advanced and terminal graduate degrees.
