What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application is is a simple quiz or data display app that does not collect or store your personal identifying information. This includes your name, email address, phone number, mailing address etc.

The only User Provided information obtained through the app is what you optionally and voluntarily provide through use of the contact us form / section of the app. No other user, confidential, or personally-identifiable information is obtained or collected from you through the app. App is downloaded directly from 3rd party websites or stores such as Apple App store, Google Play Store, Amazon Kindle store etc.
Apps Directed at Kids / Children
These apps do not have a contact us form. On these apps, there is no opportunity for communication of user information from the app. Your user information is fully protected

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, general location (City / State / Country) and information about the way you use the Application. This information is reviewed as a group to help us know which devices / locations are most popular and to help improve functionality. No individual user information in included or obtained.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. This information will only be used to communicate with you directly in replying to your inquiry / questions / feedback. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.
Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. We do not collect, store or use any individual user provided data.
